2. A little bit on bigger side but I like it.
3. Doesn’t feel flimsy at all, looks very sturdy.
4. Installation service is appreciable.
5. Very silent.
6. Fantastic AC with super cooling, and yes the new technology Mirale is just awesome.
7. You can control AC from anywhere.

WHAT ARE BAD

1. There will be no warranty if it is not installed by the panasonic technician.
2. Service issue.
3. AC doesn’t come with a 3 core wire to plug.
4. You may face water leakage problem if not installed properly.
